Hello! I am moving (back) to Palo Alto for a new full-time job. I am looking for a private space to rent or lease starting in the next month or so.

My budget is flexible. I have a 750+ credit score and currently live alone.

My ideal apartment is a smoke-free 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in Palo Alto with in-unit laundry appliances (washer and dryer), but without furniture, roommates, or carpet of any kind. I am open to a dog-friendly place.
