I am looking for a male roommate to take the other room in a 1150 sqft 2 bed/2 bath condo. Asking rent is $2000, including utilities and internet. The second bedroom is unfurnished, though furnishing may be negotiable. There is in-unit laundry, and designated parking.
The Location:
The unit is a half mile from the Menlo Park Caltrain Station and a half mile from the Palo Alto Caltrain Station. The walk to the Stanford Shopping Center is about a quarter mile. The bike ride to Tresidder would be 10-15 minutes.
About me:
I (24m) am tidy, quiet, direct, and friendly. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker.
