Part-Time Social Media Manager (2-4 hours/week)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative Part-Time Social Media Manager to support content editing and posting across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone efficient, organized, and comfortable working with short-form and long-form digital content.

Responsibilities:

Edit and format short-form and long-form video and graphic content for platform-specific requirements

Schedule and post content consistently across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Optimize captions, hashtags, and basic thumbnails to align with brand voice and platform best practices

Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency in all posted content

Coordinate briefly with the core team of 2 dermatologists to align on weekly priorities

Requirements

Experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms

Basic video editing and content formatting skills (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within limited hours

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus

Time Commitment

Approximately 2-4 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
