Looking for a meaningful, paid, resume-building role with free housing?
We’re seeking a college or grad student to support our 15-year-old autistic son as a 1:1 learning aide during the school week.
WHY THIS IS A GREAT STUDENT ROLE
* Private cottage included (room, utilities, Wi-Fi)
* Prime Menlo Park location near Stanford
* Housing value ~$3,000/month
* 30–35 hours/week, mostly weekdays
* 3 weeks paid vacation + major holidays
* Additional hours paid at $20/hour
* Hands-on experience relevant to education, psychology, speech therapy, OT, or healthcare
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Support a student at a small, inclusive high school
* Assist with communication using an AAC device
* Help with routines, homework, and activities
* Drive to school and appointments (family vehicle provided)
WHO THIS IS FOR
* Responsible, kind, organized student
* Interested in working with teens and neurodiverse learners
* Minimum 1-year commitment
