We live in a one bedroom apartment in Oak Creek and are looking to swap with another grad student / Stanford student for the furnished apartment option. We live on the 3rd floor and we're hoping to switch with someone who has no neighbors below them (so floor 2 or 1, depending on the building). Our reason for switching is that we have a dog and don't want to be horrible upstairs neighbors to the people below us who are moving in.
Pros of this apartment -
- Corner unit (more space!) far from the street, with no car noise
- 90 seconds away from a pool no one ever uses (but not overlooking it, so no noise, woo!)
- Dishwasher replaced this year
- Paid for the carpets to be professionally cleaned in January
- Really great light during the day - living room and bedroom are not east facing so the light isnt overwhelming in the morning
- Stanford furnished apartment
Your place
- no neighbors below :)
- Stanford student (furnished, so they actually let us switch)
- Maybe you hate living next to the package center, dog park, street, etc, but want to stay at Oak Creek.
We could meet and see each others apartments to see if it's a good fit before starting the process with Stanford. Just reply to this post :)
