Hi! I and my partner would like to sublet our apartment in Stanford West (a good neighbourhood for staff, faculty, faculty, and postdocs only) located in 94304. It's a nice apartment on the third floor, around 800 square feet. One of the rooms is available for sublet between 2.19 and 2.27, and the entire apartment (2 rooms) is available for rent between 2.27 and 3.10. For the latter period, you can either rent one room or the entire apartment.

The apartment is equipped with in-unit dryer, washer, dish-washing machine, and all the furniture and cooking utensils you need for cooking. Stanford West also has 2 pools, hot jet springs, and a gym.

We have 3 adorable cats. They are very sweet and quiet at night, so they won't disturb your sleep. I will be staying and looking after the cats between 2.19 and 2.27. If you are interested in renting the apartment between 2.27 and 3.10, it would be great if you could help to look after the cats (really easy: just clean the litter, feed the food, and add water). I will give you discounts if you can help me do that. If you are unwilling to look after the cats, I can also find someone to come and do the chores very briefly every other day.
