pans, microwave, toaster. Central heating. Laundry room. Bike storage. Single occupancy only.
The bedroom is (12'x13') with a double bed, memory foam mattress, linens, desk, chair, bureau, and lamps.
If you need to arrive a few days earlier, there is a sofabed to use temporarily.in the living room.
$1395 plus WiFi and utilities; a 12 month commitment is preferred. A lesser period ≥ 3 month is negotiable.
