I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2B1B apartment at Oak Creek. I have been living here for more than half a year and totally love this place as well as its community. My roommate is moving to her next career stage so I am looking for a new one. :)
I am a postdoc at Stanford, in my 2nd year. Aside from doing science, I like enjoying personal quiet time, reading books, playing tennis, and going to gym. I am trying to be an early bird this year.
I hope that we are at a similar career stage so our conversations are easily aligned and it is easier to find common ground.
The rent is $1700 plus separate shared bills covering electricity, internet, water and sewage. Utilities are about $150 - $200 per person (could be lower).
The Apartment has 5 pools, 1 gym, 3 tennis courts, and ample parking place. There is a shuttle across the street that takes you 4min to get to ChemH. Perfect for commuting.
