Very nice, spacious (19x20), fully furnished room available in a friendly Palo Alto home. Big closet, queen sized bed, Wi-Fi included. Room is equipped with a small kitchenette for light cooking. The room is for a single person only.

Very quiet neighborhood in a tree lined street with plenty of street parking available. A very clean bathroom shared.
Shopping plaza conveniently located within walking distance (3 minutes), offering great restaurants and a supermarket for your everyday needs.

The house is located between Embarcadero, Oregon and 101. Stanford, Google, Facebook, Downtown Palo Alto are only a few minutes away.

No smoking, drugs, pets or heavy drinking allowed. Only social drinking.

Rent is $1300 a month. The first and last month payment is required, plus a $400 safety deposit. Use of the laundry room for $50 per month and $65 dollars for utilities.
