We have a room with a shared bathroom available in our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in the Professorville neighborhood of Palo Alto. The room is currently available, unfurnished for move in ASAP.
The room is ~ 12' x 12’ (144 sq ft) with a large closet and rents for $1,075 /month. Utilities and monthly cleaning are split equally among housemates (approximately $100-$150/month).
About the House:
• Bathroom shared with housemate.
• Walking distance to downtown Palo Alto, the CalTrain station, and Stanford University.
• Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to highways 101 and 280.
• Shared common areas include a large kitchen with retro charm, a bright living/dining area, and a private backyard with patio furniture—perfect for relaxing or BBQs.
• Hardwood floors.
• Off-street parking available. In-house washer/dryer included.
About the roommates:
Both mid-twenties in tech
• Ertu: Startup & boxing coach.
• Luciano: Working on an MSCS at Stanford
Both roommates are friendly and easygoing but respect personal space. The house is clean and relaxed and looking for a responsible, considerate housemate who is in a job or educational program and can commit to at least 6 months.
