The apartment features two rooms, each with a private bathroom, and is about 910sqft (large living room, kitchen, bedroom). The complex is small and has two floors; our apartment is on the top floor with a lovely balcony and quiet neighbours. The apartment has lots of natural light and is in an unbeatable location.
Rent: $1725 + internet, electricity, and gas (approx $100). Landlord covers water and garbage.
Location: It’s in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to California Ave featuring tons of cafes and restaurants like Zareens.
5min walk from the Caltrain and 20min walk from Stanford. The local bus stop is ~4 minutes away (22, 522, research park and shopping express shuttles). Trader Joe’s is close by and Millie Stones grocery is also a ~5min walk away.
Current roommate: You’ll be sharing the apartment with a kind and easygoing 25-year-old female working at Stanford. We’ve really made this place a home, so she’s looking for someone who takes pride in their space.
Please note this is not a party flat and smoking is not allowed. We’re looking for an easygoing and kind female in a similar age bracket to take my room.
As part of the standard lease process, you’ll also be required to provide references and pay a $30 application fee and $1000 security deposit. You can also purchase my bed frame and bedroom furniture items for a low price.
