I am moving out of the Bay Area and breaking the lease, so am looking for a tenant for my apartment in the Millbrae/Burlingame area. I pay $2395/month.

About the Apartment

The apartment is heated.
Plenty of storage, including one outdoor storage locker.
1 free parking spot included.
Laundry is in the building.
There is a heated pool, free to use for all tenants.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher.

Location & Commute

The apartment is within walking distance of BART, Caltrain, and bus stops, as well as stores and restaurants.
There is easy access to 101 and 280.
Great location for commutes to SSF biotech, SF, and the South Bay

Rent & Terms

$2395/month. Landlord requires monthly income 3x rent to qualify.
Ideally we’d like to find someone to move-in around April 1, but exact move-in dates are flexible!
