I'm Visiting Faculty at Stanford during Spring and Summer Quarters 2026, and I'm looking for on-campus/close to campus studio or family housing from April 1 to August 31 (flexible on exact dates within this window — happy to discuss shorter periods too).
I am a Stanford Economics PhD alum, and very familiar with the campus and the sublicensing process as I have been on both sides of the process previously :) I can provide my Stanford appointment letter to facilitate the contract transfer as per the Stanford sublet rules.
As a tenant, I'm female, quiet, clean, non-smoking, and respectful of shared spaces. I'll take great care of your place and have always left places better than when I arrived. I have a relatively higher budget for nicer places but I am keen to be on or within 10 minutes biking of campus.
