We have 3 rooms available in a 5 bed/3 bath house in Palo Alto from April 1st (dates flexible). The house is very international and social. Currently there are 2 males (1 from Mexico, 1 from Switzerland) doing their PhD at Stanford and we are looking for at least 2 females for balance. We are lucky to have very low rent as all rooms range from 1150-1200$ (yes it's true!). Utilities come around 60$ in the summer and max 100$ in the winter. There is a big garage for storage, free street parking and a nice big back yard with BBQ and jacuzzi. We will prioritize applicants who are looking for long term (> 6months) but everyone is welcome to apply!
