I am subletting my room in a 4-bedroom 2-bath renovated apartment in Rains. The apartment is on the second floor and has a spacious living room. Monthly rent is $1614.

Available dates are 13 March to 8 April for a total of $1450, all utilities and laundry included. Dates are flexible and I can sublease for the entire period or part of it.
