I am looking for a female graduate student to share a room in a 2
bedroom/1 bathroom apartment from mid of January 2007 till May 2007. The
apartment is located in West 23rd Street.


The apartment


- is in a nice and quite complex,
- has a gated parking,
- is fully furnished,
- is spacious, VERY CLEAN and coazy,
- has walking closets in bedrooms and a storage in the living room,
- is only 2 minutes (walking distance) far from Tram A stop.


The rent is $1150.00 per month (your share = $575.00, utility is not
included).
You will have your own bedroom and share the kitchen, living room and the bathroom with me.
