<p>Join us for a special series of wine education classes designed expressly for our alumni. Alumnus Victor Fu (MS '80 IE) will be our guide as he leads us through three lessons: The Aroma of Wine, Wine Tasting 1 2 3, and Wine Collection and Appreciation. </p>
<p>In this session, University of California at Davis Professor Ann Noble's Aroma Wheel will be used to describe the various aromas of wines. To assist in the appreciation of wine aromas, a short introduction of wine etiquette will be discussed which includes the “do's” and “don't's” in wine tasting. Stemware selection, which may affect the degree of wine appreciation for most individuals, will be discussed. Each participant will get to go home with their own Aroma Wheel. </p>
