About Main Course Cooking Classes:
We offer class series and workshops around the Bay Area for teenagers and adults interested in enjoying themselves while learning truly useful cooking skills. Cooking can be stressful and disappointing, but not the way we'll do it! You'll leave our workshops feeling confident about your cooking skills and ready to try them out at home.
Whether you're just getting interested in cooking or you're a whiz in the kitchen, we have a class for you. All our events are centered around hands-on experience with real-world cooking in a fun group, and are led by Mary Brinig, a Stanford PhD with a dynamic and accessible teaching style.
Learn practical skills, professional tips and tricks, and great recipes, while enjoying the satisfaction of cooking and sharing food with others. Sign up with a friend or come by yourself and meet other people over good food.
