<br>The sparse instrumentation and lush vocals of ash reiter form a huantingly beautiful sound accented by well crafted lyrics and a sense of intimacy. Drawing from both contempary and traditional influences ash has begun to make a name for herself in the indie folk scene. You can look forward to a West Coast tour in January 2007 along with the release of a full length album available through Bicycle Records. You may have known ash previously as a project called Drunken Boat, which played over twenty shows in and around the Bay Area in the past year, due legal reasons the band was forced to change it's name but you can still expect the same heartstopping music from this lovely musician.
