Start your day feeling vibrant and balanced in a beautiful sun-lit Stanford campus yoga studio. Taught by a certified yoga instructor with over 25 years of teaching experience. Enjoy the mind-body connection and delight in keeping it energized and limber! Every class creates integration of mind, body and spirit through movements and self-massage from traditions of Yoga and Chi-Kung and Meridian-based Self-Massage. Derive direct pleasure from movements done in class, and also gain skills for restoring balance anytime, any place. Bring a yoga mat and a beach towel to class.
