Visiting Scholar at Stanford seeks Apt/House for rent, house-sitting, or exchange for Autumn/Winter 2008.
I would like to find a furnished 2-bedroom apartment or house for our young family of 4 (one infant, one toddler, one spouse) to rent/exchange beg. Sept. 1. We will definitely be at Stanford in Fall 2008 and may stay through Winter 2009. Biking distance to campus preferred. No pets; No smoking; excellent references; I am a Stanford ?????????????????86 alumnus now professor of History at University of Massachusetts-Lowell.
We can either rent or offer an exchange for our fully-furnished 3BR/2.5BA house w/ large yard in Arlington, MA w/ proximity to Cambridge/Boston, Harvard and Tufts, bike trail, bus/subway stop, local school, parks/forest, and attractive town. Willing to consider extended stay through winter quarter.
