I am a doctoral candidate in music composition at Stanford University and I currently reside in Menlo Park with my wife and two teenage daughters. Due to a death, our home of the last four years has changed ownership and our new owner has just raised the rent far beyond our capabilities. Both of our daughters attend school in Menlo Park and we would like to stay in the area. We are currently searching for a three bedroom home, apartment, or duplex that is in need of great tenants with excellent references.
