I am a single female graduate student at Stanford and need a place to stay on campus for a winter quarter and possibly through spring quarter.
I'm very quiet, neat, and responsible person, far from party-crazy.
Studio, EV 1, 2, or 3 bd, or Rains, and WHATSOEVER type of on campus housing would be considered. I don't mind sharing a house at all (but room should be separate) with a female student.
All I want for a candidate house is a relatively quiet housemate who doesn't brings friends everyday and night. That's it.
When to move in? The sooner the better, and I'll pay winter quarter rent upfront. Spring quarter rent can be discussed if you want.
