A lady named 'THU' is very arrogant sometimes, her attitude is like a sheriff or police.



This afternoon I visited Stanford USPS, asked her a question about tracking number and she cut out my words and said 'You should answer my question first.' 'You don't understand'.



I wasn't even arguing with her, just asked her single sentence of question and she didn't even have time to listen to!



Other representatives are quiet nice (they got much better than the last year) but this lady really need to realize her occupation is a service representative, not a police or a judge
