My lease is up in December and I'm looking to move to a cottage or one bedroom closer to campus. I don't smoke or drink, I am very quiet and can provide excellent references. I now work at Stanford but used to be a custom home appraiser in this area and would make an excellent property manager, if need be. I have a cat and am looking for a full kitchen and bath with laundry and parking onsite. Ideally I would like to pay between 1,000-$1,200 per month in rent and to move in around the first week of December.
