Our ideal rental is within biking distance to Stanford. We are looking for a month-to-month lease around $1300/mo, or up to $1500 including utilities. We have no pets or children but we have some potted plants , so a private patio/balcony/or small yard/garden is desirable. A garage is a must and hardwood floors and gas stove are a bonus.
