Young, professional couple seeking 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment or condo between Menlo Park and Mountain View (inclusive) beginning July. We are hoping to purchase a home of our own within the next year and cannot be on the hook for $2000+ per month in addition to a mortgage. We are happy to be flexible, but need certainty surrounding the cost of moving out before the one-year mark. PLEASE HELP US!

Here are some arrangements that could be beneficial to both us and a property owner:
- Agree upon an early termination fee to cover maintenance/cleaning costs between leases if we have to move out before the one-year mark
- Don?????t perform maintenance/cleaning after current tenants and allow us to go month-to-month (basically assume the current tenants????? lease)
- Slightly increased monthly rent for more flexible lease
- Any other flexible arrangement that will allow her to cover the costs of preparing the palace for new tenants

Also, we have a lot to offer as tenants:
- Perfect renting history in Palo Alto area since 2001 (no late payments, 100% deposits refunded, etc.)
- Stanford University/GSB/School of Education/athletics networks to help find responsible tenants to move in after us
- Experience building homes and commercial buildings; happy to perform simple repairs and upkeep tasks
