I'm a new biology grad student. My mom and grandma are coming to visit me and I need a place for them to stay from July 23rd to August 22nd. I'm going to live in EV so sublets around that area is largely preferred. A bedroom in a multi-bedroom apt is acceptable, but a single occupancy place is preferred. I would like to pay ~1000 for the whole month. Price negotiable. The ladies are super clean and will take great care of the house for sure.
