Savor the rhythm of your breath, the presence of your body on Earth, and the serenity of your mind in the moment as you are guided through a series of relaxation and meditation practices.
Relax in present moment time, reduce mind chatter, and let go of physical tension. You?????ll leave refreshed for your next activity.
Exercises feature mind-body practices that help you 1) focus the mind for healing and relaxation,
2) increase body awareness for better functioning,
3) calm the body and mind to decrease anxiety, and
4) produce appreciation of the present moment to improve quality of life and mood.
These self-care tools can be integrated into daily life, and when practiced regularly, create inner strength and serenity. These practices will include relaxation, mindfulness meditation, movement awareness and energy healing.
