Hi. We are a responsible and neat couple, with one of us working at Stanford, looking for a sublet, starting now or soon, and lasting until mid or late August. We would like a 1 BR apartment or a studio, either or campus or nearby. EV, or someplace similar, would be ideal. We would take very good care of your place, and assume your full rent or more if the place is right for us.
