I'm a female second year MS engineering student looking for housing for Fall Quarter 2010 (3 months), and possibly extended to Winter Quarter (depending on availability).

Needs to be on campus or very close to campus (20 min or less walk to campus) or close to a Margarite shuttle stop (less than 15 min walk to stop). Needs to be a private room with kitchen and laundry priviledges and internet access. Needs to be a non-smoking roommate, and preferrably not a party animal. Preferrably furnished with a bed and desk/table. Male or female roommates okay, pets or children okay.

I'm mostly a quiet roommate and stay in my room, but I'm not so much a hermit that I will avoid friendly and sociable roommates. I'm also mostly neat, and believe that shared spaces should be kept reasonably clean out of respect for other users. I'm easy to get along with and believe in open communication to prevent misunderstandings and conflict.

Rent/deposit is negotiable, but preferably something less than $1000/mo, including utilities.
