Palo Alto/Stanford family seeks energetic and experienced nanny for two kids ages 4 and 7.
Hours may vary, but usual day would start at 2:15 and end by about 5:30/6pm (except Wednesdays, which would start at 1:15). The hours are usually the same week to week, but we are looking for someone who can be flexible and work with our schedule if needed.
Job is focused on childcare, including picking children up from school, driving to activities, supervising playdates, helping with homework, engaging them in projects, reading with them, preparing them healthy snacks, etc. Salary: $17 ????? 21/hr, depending on experience.
Requirements:
???? College education or currently enrolled student highly desirable
???? A delight in working with children
???? 1 to 2 years of experience working with kids a plus
???? Energy, patience, consistency, humor, kindness, sound judgment and common sense
???? Fluency in English
???? Valid California driver?????s license, clean driving record, and own car in which you can drive the children
???? Able to work legally in the United States
