Hoping to find a nice, clean 1 bedroom / studio, pet friendly, space for garden, willing to share if there is a private entrance and kitchenette. Looking for long term solution. I work full time at Stanford and live alone, friendly outgoing personality but do appreciate privacy, very responsible. Will take care of your place as if it were my own. Would like to occupy before the holiday.
