Researchers at Stanford University School of Medicine are recruiting parents of toddlers for a childhood obesity prevention study. The study aims to develop early interventions for the epidemic.

Participants are compensated $300 at the end of the study for their time. Participation involves:
(1) 1-Hour assessment
(2) 5 1-Hour classes about healthy eating and activity

Eligibility criteria:
(1) Parent must have a child between ages 3 and 5.
(2) Parent must be overweight (BMI >= 27.5)
