I'm looking for an adaptor that will allow me to hook up an old GPS with a serial port cable to my new computer. The GPS has a 9-pin female serial cable, so I'm looking for an adaptor with USB and 9-pin male serial port ends. Anything that resembles the cable in the picture will work perfectly.

I'm happy to buy or borrow, for money, chocolate, or my infinite gratitude!!! (whichever you prefer).
