Hi!
I'm a student posting on behalf of my teacher. We're looking for a part-time summer babysitter for his 2-year-old daughter, Bo. The family will be welcoming a baby boy in early June, and expects to be a little overwhelmed with the arrival of their 2nd child, so it would be great if someone could come by to help out over the summer for ~3 hours between 2:30 and 5:30, 3 days a week.
The job will probably be mostly playing with Bo, so Mom and Dad can catch a little sleep or get a few errands done - stuff like that.
They live walking distance from campus, just across Stanford Ave. behind Escondido Village. So, a car is definitely not necessary coming from campus. They are paying $15/hour.
A few other notes:
- My teacher, Jay, works in the CS department
- His wife, Jen, is a speech pathologist
- They have a little border terrier dog named Gladys
Trust me, this is an awesome family and the job will be a lot of fun. I would take it myself if I weren't already working full-time.
Please contact me with any questions!
