Hello! I'm an undergrad upperclassman doing research over the summer and looking for a place to stay, preferably a studio. I'm very neat, organized, and responsible. Also not socially awkward :) I'd be looking to stay for the summer (June 6-September 15, flexible) and extend to a year lease if it works out. If your place is only available for the summer that's fine too. Send me offers! Thanks.
