Hello,
I'm a PhD student at Stanford looking for a furnished studio or separate in-law unit close to campus (in Palo Alto or Menlo Park) which is pet-friendly and has wireless and laundry services. Fyi, my small dog is well-behaved, house-broken, and neutered. I can provide references if necessary. I prefer to pay $800-850/mo. Thanks for your reply.
