Hi, I'm an undergraduate sophomore (male) who will be working on campus this summer doing stem cell research and taking classes. In addition, I will likely be doing research for a novel that I am currently writing. I am looking for a thrifty summer sublet preferably near campus. I am extremely clean and well-kept, so don't worry about coming back to your place and having it in shambles. I love meeting new people so roommates/housemates are no problem.
