I am working on campus this summer and need a cost-effective place to stay. Since I only have a bike as transportation, I'm looking for housing in EV or Rains (or other grad housing on campus). My comfortable price range is between $500 and $800 per month, but we could talk if the price is not too much higher than that range. I can move in any day between June 10th and June 14th, and I will be leaving around mid August (13th-15th).

I am really responsible and pretty neat. Most of my stuff will be in storage so moving in/out will be very easy. In terms of time in the apartment, I'll be working most of the day and have some afternoon shifts that last until 9 pm. Also, I am fine with a roommate or two (or whatever).

Any other questions can be messaged to me. Thanks.
