We're two male undergrads looking for either a one or two bedroom apartment for early June to late sept but the dates are flexible. We will pay cash upfront for our entire stay (negotiable) and will include an additional refundable deposit.

We're really quiet, neat, clean, responsible guys. We don't smoke, drink, or party but it's all good if you do. We'll be working full time in tech firms in the area and taking classes on campus, so we will only use this place to sleep and eat pretty much.
