I'm a 27 year old female entering law student and am looking for housing near campus. I won't have a car this year so I want a place that is within reasonable biking distance. I don't smoke and prefer non-smokers. I do have a cat though! I'm willing to pay up to $1,300 including utilities. Credit check and references available upon request.
