I will be starting a biosciences Phd program in the Fall and am looking for a reasonably priced apartment (or house-share) within biking distance to campus for my boyfriend and I for a late-August or early September move-in date (minimum of a year lease). We'd consider large 1 bedrooms or 2 bedroom apartments. We'd be interested in doing a house-share, with one or two other people if the right house came along. We are quiet, low-key, and clean.
