I'm looking for a place to myself starting in early September and last me throughout my first year (PhD in Genetics). I'd like to be within biking distance (~6miles) of the med school/hospital since that's where I'll be headed most every day. Also, I'm hoping to keep it under $1200/mo.
Other than that, I need a parking place, a decent kitchen would be appreciated, and I will, or can, bring most of the furnishings I need.
I'll be in the area from Jul 31-Aug 2 trying to pick a place.
