I am an international student from China and will arrive in town around Sept. 1st. Since few people want their room rented to someone they can't view in person, I need a temp place to stay until get approved of a long-term lease. I probably need to stay for a month at most. The rent I can accept is no more than 750 per month. All I need are a bed, internet access and luggage storage. And I prefer somewhere near the campus.
