We are a small Danish family looking for a temporary, furnished apartment near or in Palo Alto. I am a postdoc in biophysics at Stanford, my wife is a graduate student in climate economics, and we have a two weeks old son.
We have been staying in the Bay Area this year until the summer, and having delivered our son in Denmark, we are now returning to our studies. In this context, we are looking to rent a furnished apartment or studio from September 1 to March 1 - shorter stays in this time frame may also be of interest.
Needless to say, we are responsble and no-nonsense people. We are clean, tidy and non-smokers, of course.
We can provide references from employers and/or previous land lords in San Francisco, Palo Alto, and Copenhagen, if required.
We have previously had success using Skype, should you want to talk to us in person before we return to the US.
