Hi,

I am a female 5th year in need of a sublet just for fall quarter (i.e. until December) on or VERY close (>2miles from campus) to campus. My range is <$1000 and I would prefer a place with a washer/dryer, kitchen access/use, wireless internet and some storage space.

I am very responsible and have good credit/references (which can be provided).
