Business Development Manager at Hyper Growth, Profitable Internet Company

Relevad Corporation (www.relevad.com), a successful, fast-growing, profitable semantic web platform and ad exchange company, is expanding its team. We are seeking a bright, energetic, self-starter to join our team as a full time business development manager. The manager will have a unique opportunity to report directly to the CEO who is a successful serial entrepreneur. Founding team has started and sold 8 companies. Manager will grow one of Relevad’s new online publishing optimization businesses and, if successful, can become a GM with full P&L responsibility.

Job qualifications:
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands on. Passionate. Self-motivated. Persistent. Multi-tasker. Easy to deal with. Gets things done. High personal productivity: you are a doer first.
• Detail oriented, analytical and organized.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree from a top 20 university with a GPA of 3.4 or higher. Recent graduates included; up to 4 years post college.
• Start-up and sales/business development experience in the Internet space looked at favorably.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with CEO to grow new online publishing business.
• Recruit and make presentations to prospective online publishers.
• Identify and close strategic business development partnerships which will scale the business.
• Ability to write proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage ongoing relationships with customers.
• Complete research and other projects directed by CEO on an as-needed basis.
• Willingness to do what it takes to make a significant contribution to the company's growth and success.

Compensation: Base salary of $50-60k plus generous sales commissions up to 2-3x base salary. Full benefits.
