I would like to go hiking / road tripping around all the beautiful nature places reasonably close to Stanford. I'm not quite up for several days of backpacking, but I would love to do and can do day hikes of any kinds, all the way up to climbing the Half Dome. On the other hand, hikes don't have to be challenging for me to enjoy them as long as amazing views are part of the deal.

I'm looking someone (or two :) ) to join me for hiking / road tripping, as well as to share some of the driving since it gets very tiring and boring to drive alone for longer periods. Day trips for close by places, or weekend/extended weekend trips for places further out are all in consideration. I don't mind camping (though lack the equipments currently) for multi-day trips. Shoot me a note and introduce yourself to me if this sounds like a fit to you! Or if you have a friend whom you thought this might be a fit, it would be great if you let him/her know about this as well.
