Position: Delivery Driver

Compensation: $13.50/hour
Shift hours: Weekdays 11:30 - 1:00 pm and/or 5:30-7:00pm

Gobble is a small company that delivers delicious, healthy meals to time-starved professionals in the Bay Area. Business has been booming, so we're looking to hire more drivers. That could be you! We are now seeking part-time delivery drivers for our Peninsula clients. Drivers may work lunch hours, dinner hours, or both.
Gobble drivers are the face of our company. We expect a delivery team that is hard-working, on-time, and friendly; we therefore hold our drivers to a high standard of professionalism. We have a lot of regular clients, so building a rapport with them is important. You should be outgoing, receptive to their input, and put their satisfaction above all. People can go anywhere for food: as the employee they'll interact with the most, you'll play a huge part in what keeps them coming back to us.
Responsibilities include picking up meals from kitchens and delivering meals to various locations around the Peninsula, as well as keeping in contact with your supervisor to give them a status report at the end of your shift and inform them of any details that will help our business thrive. Drivers are responsible for ensuring that meals are delivered on-time, intact, and at an appropriate temperature, as well as answering any questions customers [or curious bystanders drawn by the delicious smells and our colorful aprons] might have.

Qualifications
§ Safe and dependable
§ Current US driver license at least 21+ years old driver license for over 2 years
§ Must have vehicle insurance and bodily injury coverage, 100k/300k minimum.
§ Access to a well-kept car and car insurance
§ Punctuality and commitment to timely delivery
§ Attention to detail, able to deliver the correct quantity and type of meals
§ Great attitude; must have a passion for good customer service
§ Clean, professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings; non-smokers only
Driving History Requirements
§ No more than 1 point
§ No major accidents
§ No misdemeanors or felonies
§ No alcohol or drug related incidents
§ No DUIs or Reckless Driving charges
